LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY

We offer a lifetime buy back offer @ 90% of the customer's purchase price if the product does not have any damage. Gold appreciation value will be considered. We will only charge for the making, that’s all!

This Lifetime Buy-Back Policy is valid on all purchases made from dvynlove.com, within India and globally. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged on the basis of its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. This means your product’s current value of Fine metal will be determined based on product specifications and the current price as determined by the company.

• In case, any coupon, free gift, Discount or Promo Codes, were used during the original purchase the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Free gift value, Coupon Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
• Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
• For all Buy-back transactions, Goods & Service Tax (if any) prevailing at that time on buy back shall be collected from the Buy-Back value. The prevailing rate is 3%. (can be changed from time to time without any prior intimation)
• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

If you choose to return the product, we will refund the amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10-15 days of receiving the receipt of the product.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the sole right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product.
